For sale 88' ix with 213,xxx miles. grey with black interior 5 speed. exterior and body is in good shape compared to most E30's. this car was bought from the south and has almost no rust. you can see the rust in the pics, chip on the hood and under the tow hook in the rear. The driver's fender was replaced with a red one from the previous owner. The paint is faded but it's faded evenly so it looks like a flat gray. the interior is not great, dash has cracks but I have a replacement which will be included. interior panels are in good shape, front seats are beat up. AWD system works great and new driveline fluids were done.
maintenance done: new radiator, fan clutch, accessory belts, tune up, Z3 1.9 shifter with all new bushings, repaired driver side lock, replaced steering rack, alignment, 4 new tires in january,
The bad: front seats, cruise doesn't work, temp gauge bounces intermittently, odometer stopped working, the rear impact strip was cracked when somebody tapped it in a parking lot( bumper was not damaged), the brake lining light remains on( the harness was clipped and twisted together by previous owner), the blower motor chirps sometimes in low speed, the dome lights in the headliner need trim,
The good: all the electronics work aside from the cruise, AC works, Bilstein HD's, the car has been so damn reliable.
