The car runs and drives. It was my daily for the past year.I just bought a red E30 so I now don't need this one anymore. Timing belt, water pump and full tune up was done in September 2010. True mileage is unknown, but the car has around 210k. The odometer doesn't work. NJ inspection is good till 2012. Car also has a z3 short shifter.
Body has some rust in the usual spots, battery area and rear license plate are the main areas, but very minimal. Car has a crack free dash and tan M3 front seats(foam are great shape for a re wrap) interior. The plastic bumpers have minor cracks and are black. Car is sitting on d2 coilovers. coil overs have only about 1000 miles on them and I bought them brand new.
