I made this listing 2 years ago. I let a friend drive it and now have it again to sell. It needs some work, mainly front end suspension. Pictures are two years old but not much has changed. I can of course get new ones but this thread is a spur of the moment bump to see if their is interest.
The car is in my name, smogged a few months ago, not sure if its been 90 days but I can get it current again. It passed with extremely low numbers.
I'm not sure how many owners this technically has but it has been owned by a family since new and just changed hands in the immediate family. Spent most of it's life in South Carolina. It actually had SC plates on it when I bought it.
When I got it I just needed to catch up on maintenance and fix a few cosmetic things.
What I did: t-belt, water pump, t-stat, valve cover gasket, coolant flush, belts, cam seal, exhaust mani gaskets, drivetrain fluids, filters.
Drivetrain and AWD:
This motor is really smooth. Low miles with regular use has been good for it. Passed jack test two years ago. There is a clunk in the drivetrain and I want to see what that is before I drive it. I want to make sure the front d-shaft is not stripping. Front axles need some boots, don't think they are shot though.
Suspension:
The control arms are original and shot to death. The steering rack is not leaking and feels good. The shocks are done. Tires are matching michelins on all four corners. Have some life, need to be rotated. 205/60(?)/15. brakes feel good but brake lining light is on and pads are getting low. probably need pads and rotors.
Interior:
Pictures should speak for themselves. Everything is original and working. seat heaters work, skipass rear seat is there, no cracks dash, gauge cluster is fully functioning, blower motor works on all settings(after I put in a new resister), lights all work, radio with premium sound works. Leather steering wheel. Glovebox flashlight. The carpets looks almost new under the floor mats. It has a full tool kit and a full size spare with a new tire on it. Drivers seat has more wear on lower part than pictured

exterior/body:
It is nice to see this sterling silver metallic in good condition without the clear fading. The body looks great and paint great. The drivers side front fender has been either replaced or repainted, only non original thing I can spot. The headlights are actually Hella h4's, not just sealed beams. They are bright and in good condition.There is a little rust under the battery try, it is pictured. three center caps are included.
pending issue: key does not unlock from the passenger door, trunk and drivers side are perfect.
r3v price for right now is 3000.
