    NO LONGER FOR SALE!

I'm in the market for a wagon so I have both of my cars up for sale 67 Bug ad can be found here http://www.thesamba.com/vw/classifie...php?id=1151515 and also up for grabs is my 87 325is that has been partially "euroized". Whichever car sells first goes so I might have the E30 priced a bit high.

I've owned the car for almost 10 years and have done lots of maintenance and a few mods. The Eibach sport springs were installed right after I got it in 02.

In the last 10-12k miles I've replaced the entire front suspension (from rack outwards) new Bilstein sport struts and shocks last summer, all new rear suspension bushings (OE rubber) including subframe bushings, new Brembo blanks w/ Axxis Metalmaster pads up front.

The headgasket was redone along w/ new rod and main bearings after an incident w/ a rock and the oil pan at 178k. ALL rubber hoses and lines were replaced w/ BMW replacement parts. Along with that a Schrick 272/284 cam from Ireland Engineering http://store.nexternal.com/ireland/c...-m20-p373.aspx
IE shorty headers, 17lb M50 injectors, new Behr radiator w/ an electric fan, new Sachs clutch, slave cylinder, guibo etc. The Supersprint exhaust has been on since 2003 and is in good shape and sounds nice.

The interior is in decent shape w/ the only issue being a small separation on the rear seat bottom where the stitching is coming out, haven't gotten around to fixing it. The dash is nice, no cracks. The black leather sport seats are also in very decent condition for being 24 years old, no tears just a little wear. The biggest issue in the interior is the headliner in the sunroof portion, it hangs down in the front but hasn't torn. I just need to get off the damn internet and tuck it in properly. The driverside lock mech sometimes sticks but I think that might just be an adjustment issue.... The odometer stopped working at 191k about 3 weeks ago. I might've put 250 miles on the car since then. I ride my bike for most errands and commute to work via bike when it's nice so I haven't put many miles on the car in the last year or so.

The paint on hood, roof and trunk is faded and the clear looks funky. If the E30 stays, it's getting a respray. There are a few dings and dents but nothing major. There is a dime sized spot of rust at the seam near the rear of the door opening (rocker panel under the B pillar) but it is just a pimple at this point. It also has euro elipsoid headlights too.

In May I had the car aligned and put new Yokohama Avid V4S tires up front. The rear tires are about half tread, Avid V4S as well.

That's about it. I have a brand new European front valance for the later model euro bumpers that I was going to install when I got it painted that will come with car if my balls are not bruised during negotiations. I also have the euro taillight housings, pigtails and switch for the rear fogs. Oh I think I also have a German OBC and a clock....

    NO LONGER FOR SALE!

    Stay Firm!

Hi just my 2 cents, I live on the west coast (Tacoma Wash) and from what I can see the availability of good clean e30s is dropping and the price for good clean ones is going up. The days of finding a good clean rust free e30 for 2k or so is over the price for a nice 325is seems to be 4k or more. Now you can still find projects etc. for 2k but you are going to put a lot of work on these. So if you have a nice straight e30 dont give it away stay strong and you will sell it for a reasonable price, glws.

So, my wife found out that I had the car listed up for sale and was not happy. She said she'd rather take out a small loan for a newer car than sell my E30 that we've put so much time into together. Works for me! Thanks for all the interest!
