I took more pictures but I didn't get there until a little late today so the light is terrible. I can email them to people. I can put them up but the file size restriction makes them very small. I have a lot of people wanting to do deposits and fly out here. I really don't think this car is that great unless the 325iX market changed that much over 2 years. This car will need esthetic work, I think people are thinking it is better than it really is? Or I might just be really critical of my cars. I put a battery in it today and it started right up. I am just going to go in order of who contacted me first in combination with who can come out soonest. This car hasn't barely been on the road in two years, I would be afraid for it to take a 10 hour road trip without a good going over. Also the car just rolled over 125k so a little less than I guessed. I also have a spray can full from paintscratch.com of matching paint. I have a brand new steering wheel M motorsport badge that goes on the bottom of the steering wheel. I probably have more things I'll dig up, as like I said I was collecting things to restore it.

Anyone not live 4+ hours away? I just put it up on local CL and its gonna end up going to go to some dumb kid who will blow it up this winter.

Not be be an awful person, but the reason I am selling the car is I don't have much time for anything, the reason I am selling it cheap is because I didn't want to put any effort in selling it and I'd like to sell it before it snows. I don't have time for 100 high definition pictures, compression tests, leak down tests, changing the fluids for you, videos of engine running, videos of AWD, videos of clean high rev shifts, the percentage of rust, pictures of the valve cover off, pictures of the spark plugs, pictures of all matching VIN numbers, etc...

But Alex, make the time if you want to sell the car?!?!

I wouldn't be selling it if I had the time!!!!

I understand if you are taking an airplane here to get the car and the engine blows up at the first stoplight, you'd be mad. We all work hard for our money, but I'd advise people who want to know more about it to come look at it.

Its a running and driving 325iX coupe with a 5 speed and 125k for $2200. It was my daily driver 2 years ago and I never had problems with it. I've owned 14 BMWs. I know I am asking a cheap price. Its always start right up. It doesn't leak a drop of anything. Its been sitting two years! I drove it down the street the other day and the power steering is real tight, so probably needs a flush bad.

I would definitely be interested but i think im gonna hold out on buying a winter car this year. But i would bet if you posted this on eurowerks.org or projektgerman.com you would get more local interest, eurowerks is a minneapolis, mn based forum and pkg is a quad cities based iowa forum. Best of luck to you!

Thanks for the info, if I don't have something soon, ill def look into it.

                              Thanks everyone for bumps.

I've answered PM's. Sorry if I'm not super helpful in all responses. I've showed it to some local tire kickers who have never heard of the car.
I changed the motor oil and filter today. I drove laps around the parking lot here to get the car warmed up for once (cops actually came to see what I was doing) I seafoamed through intake before oil change and crankcase. I cleaned the spark plugs with a wire wheel. It had new plug wires when the head was done but they seem like cheap crap, so a set of wires might be helpful. Runs pretty cold blooded, idle is bouncy, but not awful. Pretty sure the brakes need to be bled because the pedal isn't super solid and the ABS kicked in once. Still brakes fine though. While I was under the car, it was definitely a midwest car. There is a newer alternator, alt belt, radiator and oil cooler. It seems pretty well kept, guibos look good as well as all mounts. Exhaust leak also at exhaust manifold flex pipe. Power steering got less difficult when the car warmed up, id probably still run some cleaner through it and flush it.

Big whoops on my part is I got the wrong color. It is the leitchensilber or whatever? I forgot but its not delphin for sure. Sorry!

People don't believe me when I say the car has been parked two years. The only time its been moved is when I started it to move it out of the way or move my cars around.
