Sort of. I think I first saw it on Mobile.de but it was also on Allegro.pl

I made the purchase with the help of a friend who was local outside of allegro.pl or mobile.de

The car was in Wroclaw but I'm originally from Krakow :)

As for having stuff in the car, didn't seem to be an issue for anyone. The only thing is you have to declare everything. I had printed out all the invoices with prices and didn't cheat on anything. Paid $150 in customs duty but at least I didn't loose $1K worth of body parts... :) All the boxes made it intact and I transfered them to my Allroad and drove them across the border to the states.

Did you find this touring on Allegro.pl? That's where I found mine. Down near Krakow. I'm sure you won't have all that other stuff in there when you ship it. When I shipped my 02 to Europe in 02 it wasn't a problem to have stuff in the car... it was the return trip back to the States that stipulates ONLY original equipment may be present in the vehicle upon inspection. Otherwise they'll take it, burn it and give you the bill! Stoked for you that you'll have a touring stateside! I'll be shipping mine back to the West Coast in a few years time.

welcome to trying to buy an e30 touring within the 48 contiguous united states. if you don't want to pay $$$$, your best option is searching for a tired '88 in canada and bringing it across the border.

thats what im thinking there is a 88 (build date of june) in canada maybe 3-4 hours away doesnt run and needs seats and a few parts to start it up again for 4k obo sadly i don't have a passport yet havent really needed one so i might have to get a buddy help me out or a shipping company...
