    FS: 1990 alpine II 325is- obd1 S52- e30m3 suspension- SOLD

Well after much debate, Im putting my latest project up for sale.
Let me start off by saying it was tough to put a price on this car, and I feel theres some good value here for someone.

Even though I dont feel obligated to give you a reason for selling, Ill tell you anyway.. I want to spec race. Besides the fact I just bought a house, and my second child was just born, I wont make that an excuse. The simple fact that Ive become ridiculously addicted to track weekends is my only real reason.. And as much as i hate to say it, some would consider it a little
too nice to turn into a full out race car. That said, the ONLY trades Ill consider, would be a turn-key SE30

Ive basically broken every part of this car into very realistic prices, so please serious inquiries only. Meaning, there's nothing you will point out to me to use as a bargaining tool, that I havent already considered in justifying my price.
Here is the documentation of its recent transformation:

So enough with the fluff, heres the details on the car.

    Overview:

    -1990 original alpine II 325is
-195k on chassis- original odo still in working order.
    -Clean title- accident free
    - 100% rust free southern car
-Original paint, aside from front/rear valence, skirts, spoiler engine bay, and hood
-Comparable to other cars this age with original paint, this car is very clean, and gets a metric shit ton of attention and compliments.
That said- it is NOT a show car, its a DRIVERS car, and to me, its the best thing about this car. Its something that cleans up really nice, but you can also take to the track, and not look like a pansy while you spray protectant spray wax on between sessions. So expect your normal wear&tear, dings here and there. Must be appreciated in person.
    - the engine bay, as seen on the thread was shaved of all brackets, and painted original bmw 218

    Suspension/brakes:

    -e30 M3 struts
    -e30 M3 hubs
    -e30 M3 rotors & calipers F+R w/ brass bushing upgrade
-2 sets of rotors- Zimmerman+ Balo
-3 sets of pads- hawk blue, mintex ext, mintex red
    -2002 brake booster
    -25mm e30 M3 master cylinder
-No ABS- ATE blue fresh fluid
    -e30 M3 swaybars F+R
    -e30 M3 trailing arms
    -e30 M3 swaybar endlinks
    -e30 M3 CAB's
    -Sparco strut bar
    -Ireland engineering stg. 3 springs
    -Koni adjustable short body struts
-NEW Z3 2.9 close ratio steering rack
    -CSS powersteering delete
-NEW tierods inner&outer (boots are brand new too)
-NEW FAG e28 front wheel bearings

    Wheels:

-16x8 e23 BBS rz powdercoated black chrome
    w/ very low mile DZ101 205/45's
    -15x8 e20 Kosei K1- w/two sets of toyo Ra1, 225/45's

    Motor:

    - Full 80k mile driveline pulled by me personally from a running 97 m3.
(a car i personally owned and drove)
    Mobile1 0w-40 / 15w 50 its entire life- extremely clean internals.
    - S52 w/ all electronics converted to obd1
-413 red label on custom tune (s50 green injectors, on a safe tune)
(please inquire about more aggresive tune, which we can do)
-rebuilt pink top injectors are included
-wire harness is custom made by Dave @ markert motor works. An m50 harness mated with a e30 c101- No sloppy adaptor, and shoddy wiring.
(although the stomp test function has not worked for me) Maybe he'll give the new owner some support on the matter ;)
    - All gaskets/seals NEW
    - F&R main seals
timing cover, oil pan, VC gasket, etc etc
    - IJ crank scraper
    - M50 manifold
    - All sensors NEW
crank, cam, tps, bosch knock sensors- etc etc etc
    -e34 throttle body/throttle cable
    -S50 MAF
    -New tensioners
    -CSS solid UVHM motor mounts
    PS delete
    AC delete
    - I want to add that even though everything is deleted, and this was meant to be a purpose built weekend track car, I was sure to make it conveniant for the next person who wanted to install the comfy functions- (CC, airbag sensors, ABS, AC, horn, side markers, fogs etc) are all neatly loomed into the body harness, and very easily accesible for the next owner to re-install.

    Driveline:

    -80k mile ZF 320 from the same 97 m3
    -stock trans brace
    -CSS solid UVHM trans mounts
-STock linkage, all bushings rubber & plastic replaced
-NEW sachs OEM e36 m3 clutch kit- retaining the dual mass FW
-Custom pivot ball for a fully adjustable clutch pedal on the fly, great for clutch release point preference
    -Fresh redline MTL
    -E30 M3 driveshaft
    -NEW guibo & CSB
-legit 60k mile 3.23 LSD pulled by me personally from a ridiculously well maintained M-coupe. This is literally the tightest nicest non-rebuilt diff Ive ever layed hands on.
    - the fluid is fresh redline, And the Finned diff cover with solid bushing is included ;)

    -Cooling system
    m20/m50 radiator
    m20 overflow
    modified obd2 router
WOT TECH modified coolant temp sender
    180 T-stat
    aluminum housing
    redline water wetter
Mishimoto 14" pusher wired to AC fan

    exhaust:

Seems that alot of these projects sort of lack on the exhaust department, and i can confidently say this car is an exception.
all stainless, sounds amazing, and was built by john caraher (forced firechicken)
    - Its a stock s52 tubular mainifold-into a flexpipe- 2-1 merge collector- single 2.5"- magnaflow resonator- back to dual 2" - dual in&out billy boat muffler
-Using all new quick release V-band clamps.. you can literally R+R this whole system in 10 minutes. This exhaust if made by your local shop would run you 1k alone.

    Interior:

-Original black interior in great condition
-Period correct Recaro SE-LS sitting on Massive rails. These are pretty nice)
-Cracked original dash is still in there, but I have a MINT dash ill include in the sale
-MOMO monte carlo 4 spoke wheel, with a crazy hard to find airbag specific hub. FOr those of us with long legs its perfect if you like the wheel up closer to your chest.. I almost refuse to even let it go.. :)
    - e36 knob
    - suede shit boot
    -e36 ebrake handle

    exterior:

    Euro grills
    euro plate filler
US smoked elipsoids w/HID's and good H4's
    smoked turn signals
    IS sideskirts
    IS spoiler
    IS front spoiler
    fog blanks
    new weatherstripping/seals throughout

Parts included in the full asking price-

    E30 abs CPU
    E30 ABS pump
    S52 power steering system
    E30 AC condensor and fan
    s52 clutch fan
    s52 shroud
    s52 AC compressor/condensor
And pretty much everything else extra I dont need to build a spec car (two full boxes of extras.

    Now the price:

Now while I feel the full asking is very fair, I also understand not everyone can justify paying for all the fancy suspension etc etc. (ive done this before lol)
So Im willing to de-content the car in a number of different trims- for example you had a set of wheels you had in mind for a certain car, I could drop price accordingly and sell with four lug, or seats, or diff, etc etc. Please serious inquiries only.

As-is Im looking for 12.5k, but will listen to serious offers. Frankly you can say whatever you want about the price, you will not hurt my feelings, I promise.

My first trip to Sebring, and my first track day with this drivetrain.obd1 s52, ZF trans, e30 m3 suspension, 15x8-225/45 ra1's.

And heres what she looks like in your rearview..

We had a fun little game of cat and mouse going with our buddy Jay in his M3 powered E30 BMW. Unfortunately we had a belt separate on our front left wheel causing…

I edited the first post, there's a few things i forgot..

Yes, everything is pretty much new, i spent alot of damn money on this car.
We wont even go into "trying to get back what i have into it"
We all know thats never realistic.

I thought the price was ridiculous until I noticed it has an S52. I suggest putting that in the title!

Looks great, and is probably a great price (I wouldn't know that much about an S52 swap)

Good luck finding a new home for it.

                    Good morning.

Ive put some thought into this, and Im now considering removing the entire drivetrain, and entire suspension. Selling those two items by themselves, and start prepping the car for spec.

So Ill consider offers on the suspension in its entirety, and also the drivetrain in its entirety.

Im located in Pompano beach, FL 33069

Please don't tear that car apart to track it, that just wouldn't be right.

Great looking car and seems well worth the price.
