Thats a lot of money for $15 worth of vinyl, needles, and thread. A new top is only about $300. If i'm going to go through the hassle of properly sewing in a rear window by removing the fabric from the frame to use a sewing machine, then i'd rather just put a spanking new one. I should be picking up a new one the end of this week.

You don't remove the top though, you do it on the car, preferably with 2 people...1 in and 1 outside.
