    1990 325i - Vermont - Rust Free

    Seeing if anyone wants my 1990 325i. You could restore this car to look like new in a weekend. Needs paint (hood roof and trunk mostly) trim peices, tail light , muffler and windshield to be perfect. Runs amazing, shifts just like a new clutch was put in yesterday. No shakes or weird feel in the steering. A/C and heat work great, sunroof works great. Radio doesn't seem to get power, I am guessing a loose wire in back, fuel gauge doesn't work. Just did a bunch of maintence work along with a new battery along with new tires. If it was road legal, I wouldn't hesatate to drive it back to California where it came from and I know i'd make it without an issue. 99.999% rust free. I'm asking $2,000 very fair and very firm -

          Interior is cardinal sport seats, with a blue back seat. Needs carpets.
          But I will get pictures of both.

          I'll take $25 off for every hour of driving it is to make it here within reason.

                  Great start on a project car! I can't believe I still have it!

                  I know up here, for a rust free E30 that runs and drives is pretty dang rare for less then $3,500.

                      So whats preventing it from being road legal? Brake lights and Windshield and pics of both issues please.

                              Lyndon in the Northeast Kingdom.

                              Muffler is all it needs to be road legal. Plus inspection and other legal stuff.

                              In some states you'll need the brake light fixed I don't know about the windshield as its on the passenger side and not in the line of sight and it's legal in VT. You can see the cracked windshield and broken brake light in the pictures.
