GLWS. I too think the price seems fair. Would need a good close look and test drive of course!

Don't mind the typical R3V lowballing. Your car is beautiful. To me a fresh M20b27i is way better than a due-to-puke 24V, and a slicktop 4-door is the pinnacle of good taste. If it had rebuilt A/C (as in new compressor, o-rings, condenser, dryer, exp valve, properly converted to R134), I would definitely look at it for your asking price. PM me if you want to tackle the A/C because I'm serious. I'm a crusty old dude BTW. I'm in Nevada, can easily get to SoCal.

Second thoughts bump. A good offer would probably take it.

Every time I start her up just to move it out of the garage to give it a wash, I decide not to sell her...

Having driven an e36 m3, 24v e30 and stroker e30 at autocross I would rather have this. 24v is too nose heavy and understeers in the tight turns, e36 is too heavy, soft and numb & is no faster in a straight line due to the extra weight.

The price is right m50 swaps make the same power with more complexity and weight. S5x swapped cars in sub 8k range are not up to par with a clean red slick top 4 dr.

Nice car GLWTS. The price is fair. AC isn't too hard to add work out a deal with fun crew.

In all honesty if you were on the east coast, and I could inspect this car before making your a serious offer, I would definitely buy it hands down.

Great looking car that looks well sorted.
To me the price may seem a bit high, but you have to see the junk some of these guys are trying to 5-6k for.

stand firm on what you want for the car. Remember, this is probably one of the worst places to sell your car. You have people who value a car only what its worth in weight (motor, wheels, suspension) ANd thats BS, because there are people out there that value the maintenence side of things moreso than the fancy parts (and you have some of those too anyway)

Thanks. Luckily I am not in a financial need, so if I don't get a fair price I simply won't sell it. It's not the first enthusiast vehicle I've sold, so I know it will take the right buyer.
