Pat is a great guy and a great seller. I picked up my e30 from him a few years back and I was really surprised how well taken care of it was, even for his wife's car!
Good luck with the sale buddy, if you decide you want to trade plus cash for your old car back, PM me.
Are you interested in trades ?

Are you sure you pictured all of the rust problems? Because you left out the driver's floor pan where there is a hole covered by a beer box. I'll go ahead and guess you did that on purpose and also left out other trouble spots so you'll get a higher bid.
There are nice bits on this car, but whoever wins your auction is getting screwed into a serious money pit since you're being deceptive about the extent of the rust. Get the car on a lift, take more pictures and be an honest seller. I wouldn't pay more than $1,000 for this thing.
Well considering I have never met anyone from Cali to see the car. Stop hiding under the sheep skin "Truth" So you sign on and do this as a first post. Also I do not drink any alcohol.
To everyone, it is a money pit, rust bucket, and only worth $1,000. Buyer beware
