4. How are the smog numbers? My buddy is in the market for an e30, my only concern is how strict California is with emissions-I've never dealt with an out of state purchase/registration. Typically it's the sellers responsibility to have it smogged, but I don't know if an AZ certificate would fly at the DMV...

3. Me too, thanks, the guy was soooo weird. I should have seen it.
4. I have a 48 state cat converter on there. So i am afraid unless the Cali Card Cat is installed, the car wouldn't pass. 50 state carb is necessary for Cali emissions. AZ however lets it slide a little easier. I am sure the Cali one is better for the environment.

Mother effer not only did I miss it once, I missed it twice! Sheesh. GLWS. Learned my lesson too re: no deposits. Such is life.
