4. How are the smog numbers? My buddy is in the market for an e30, my only concern is how strict California is with emissions-I've never dealt with an out of state purchase/registration. Typically it's the sellers responsibility to have it smogged, but I don't know if an AZ certificate would fly at the DMV...Comment
