Opinion on value? taking in trade 1990 325is 5 speed

I am selling another toy car (NON BMW) and I may have to take as part of the payment a 1990 325IS, 5 SPEED, RED/TAN, ALL STOCK WITH ONLY 107K , One family owned since new, records, one fender was sprayed years ago for a small dent but still original to car. very clean and unmolested. I have a ballpark in mind but wanted a few opinions before I close the deal, I have little interest in keeping the car as I already own 2 E30'sand I don't want to step on my dick and pay to much ! Hope this is ok to post here.

With that mileage, it would be listed on R3v at a start price of $1.7M.

$4,750-6,500 depending on pictures and maintenance like timing belt, tire age and wear, tightness of the suspension etc.

Thank you for the info/opinion. The car is truly a knock out, that being said I will need to get at least 8k to make this work. I think I will roll the dice here and see what happens. I have seen them draw stupid $ before so who knows. THANKS AGAIN
