Looking for a DD with a clean title, rust free and adequate history filed. 5spd manual and hardtop are required. Im willing to do weekend fixes, but having the timing belt/water pump along with major fluids checked/fixed/and up to date are also major things Im looking for. Color/paint don't matter, just no major physical body damage and yet again rust. Electronics must work as well along with the heating/cooling.

Looking for a local buy or within an hour or so of Ann Arbor, MI.

Budget is between 2500-3k

Just FYI, I had a hard time finding a car locally with similar parameters. You may need to be willing to expand your boundaries (the one I ended up buying was in Illinois). Good luck!
