    WA: 1991 318is S50 Widebody Track toy/Drift car/Auto-X?

*Sorry for the mismatched wheels. The BBS RS reps did not clear the front brakes and have been sold. Also, I will install all headlights, grill and remove the laminex on the car for the buyer no problem. This is how I have been driving it but everyone has their own taste.

I will be taking more pictures SOON when the weather allows!

To start the story, I bought this car from a good friend that decided he wanted to build a beast e30. He had a swapped E36 with an extremely low mile S50 (50k) that eventually ended up getting money shifted.

The engine from the E36 was then removed to be rebuilt. We found out that only one valve had made contact and was barely misshapen; which was later replaced, as well as a total rebuild and resurface. The bottom end is untouched and only the surface of the head was machined for the new head gasket and studs.

After all of that he assembled the car about 70% and quickly lost interest in it. I bought it with the intent to get it up and running perfectly for someone else to enjoy and have done just that. This car is ready to be a track machine! It is still a little rough around the edges in places to be honest but as far as mechanically goes the car is solid.
I've come to a point in my life when it’s time to get a "big kid" car as a daily driver and not a race car. Here are some forum links of the build done on this car:

My Friend bought the car from this guy who swapped the car to a M50B25V:

And this a thread my friend did of his build:

    CLIFF NOTES:
Pretty much every single part is either new or extremely low mile OEM or aftermarket
    E36M3 Front suspension Geometry
    E36/7 Rear coupe suspension Geometry
    E36M3 S50 Drivetrain
    Custom Ground Control Suspension
    OEM BBK Front and Rear
    "All" Bolt-ons
    3" Exhaust
    Gutted for the track
~2500lb @ ~220-230whp (Will try and get accurate weight soon)
2 Sets of Racing Wheels (Forgelines and CCWs)
2 Sets of good tires (one set to roll around on or for scrap)

    THE BAD:
Throw out bearing is very noisy when decelerating sometimes(PO should have replaced :( ).
Flares that have been cut by PO still need to be fully welded up
    Cracked dash (Currently fixing it)
One of the front subframe bolts had to be converted to a stud as the hole in the chassis was stripped and could not be tapped. (Has worked great so far)
Would be better with solid radiator mounts (brakes work VERY well)
Gets you speeding tickets easily (:p)

Aside from these relatively simple fixes I have sorted all other problems with the car!
