Not trying to thread bash, but since I have rebuild my Ford Modular engine, there was no such thing as a 350 in 2001. You would either have a 4.6 or a 5.4 metric engine (281ci or 329ci). Even if it were a 350, boring it .030" over would still only bring it to 355ci.
