M30 swapped Schwarz(black) rust-free late model E30 for sale in MD

I took a lot of time in making this ad extremely comprehensive and organized. Please read everything before asking me questions.

    Introduction:
This E30 was origionally a 325i with automatic transmission with a build date of 2/1991.
I bought this E30 in 2011, already M30 swapped, but since then a lot has been done which is listed below.
I have documentation on the rebuild and most of the work done.
Almost everything on this car has been replaced or upgraded recently.
The E30 is currently my daily driver since December 2011. It has been perfectly reliable and never let me down.
I'm located in Abingdon, Maryland, zip code 21009

    Rear speaker shelf dyed
    Carpeting dyed
center console, kick panel, and glovebox dyed

    Body/exterior condition:
This car is completely rust free. As you probably know this is very hard to find in many parts of the country, especially the northeast. The reason for this is probably the fact that this E30 spent the most of it's life in Kansas, Texas, and North Carolina. It was only brought to the northeast a few years ago in 2010.(you can see this history on the carfax I have included) It has been garage kept for the time i've owned it.
This car does have 2 cosmetic imperfections but they are both relatively minor and on removable/replacable panels. The front valence has 2 small bends, and the divers door has a dent on the top middle that is difficult to even see unless your looking at the right angle with the light on it. These imperfections were both on the car when I got it. I was told the damage on the driver door was from vandalism.
This car has a clean title, has never been in an accident, and has all origional, VIN matching body panels.
The paint is faded in some areas and has a few bad spots but that can be improved a lot by a good detailing.

    Other:
Comes with 2 keys and 2 remote entry modules
    Front subframe reinforcements
    US ellipsoid headlights
    Euro spec grills
    Euro spec bumper trim
    iS lip
E30 M3 engine bay wiring cover
New Luisi leather steering wheel with functional horn
    Illuminated one piece shift nob/boot
13 button OBC with new LED lightbar
Premium speakers - OE wiring with OE amp bypass - JVC KD-HDR60
Keyless entry - OMEGA REC-43T with relais module DLR-U
Door locks reassembled, lubricated, replaced driverside assembly - previous owner 2010-2011
Dash redyed black for UV protection and crack prevention - previous owner 2010-2011
seats rebuilt, tracks treated and painted, and new gas springs - previous owner 2010-2011
new door seals - previous owner 2010-2011
Custom set of Coco Mats - Black and White Dot Pattern - http://www.cocomats.com/
Full trunk tool kit and jack in great condition
Since this e30 is a 1991 that means there is no trunk tar - that means around 50lbs less weight.
    Total weight is 2615 lbs.
The car has one fog light and an OEM fog light delete plate on the other side; I have the other delete plate I can include if you want.
Manual steering - power steering system still in place for you to easily go back to power steering if you want.

In terms of acceleration, for comparison, this E30 is closest to an S52 swapped E30 that hasn't been significantly upgraded over stock. It did dyno slightly higher than a stock S52 M3 on the same dyno at VAC. And keep in mind you could easily make it significantly faster by swapping the 2.93 diff to a higher ratio one if you want.
Overall, with this E30 you get around the power of an S52 with the period-correct, more unique M30 engine, that was made at the same time as the E30 and the simplicity and reliability of the M30 engine design.

    Price: $11,000

I can vouch for this car. completely gorgeous inside and out. solid operating engine, ridiculously fast with a 2.93, and a good DD that you could drive to the track and back home.

why are you selling it btw?

      Thanks man.
I should mention that I know many on this forum IRL such as lolcantturn, shEck3lls0, FunfGan, dnick, and much more. They can vouch for both the kind of person I am and the E30.

I'm selling it because I really need the money right now and I want to only have one E30 at this point. I want to finish building the other one (I can't sell that one because it's all taken apart without an engine or suspension in it).

Wow, what a good deal. The interior is a lot of red, but it's a gorgeous car. Function and form, GLWS.
The first car I ever rode in was an e30

Thanks LBV. Yes the interior is a lot of red. The previous owner did that.
By the way, it doesn't look as bright in person as it does in pictures. The third pic of the interior, the one not taken with the fisheye lens is more accurate to what the color looks like in person.

Wow! I can't believe this is for sale. Good Luck, it is certainly a great example of the car and the craftsmanship.

Those fish eye interior shots are trippy - reminded me of the Willy Wonka boat cruising down the canal.
