i dont care the year, color, engine or anything like that. I just want an e30 that has been beat to shit aslong as it still runs. Im looking to spend 1k and not much more. I know this seems like a ridiculous request but im sure someone out there has an e30 that they could part with for my asking price. Close to North carolina would be nice too.

your best bet is probably to search Craigslist or searchtempest, using terms like BMW, 318, or 325. if you search for an "e30" you are likely to get someone who to some degree or another cares about there car, you need to find someone who doesn't.
good luck.

Have you gotten any advice on this from anyone? Buying a1k e30 is fine as long as you realize it'll probably need 4k to be a decent car. If you expand up to around 2k your chances of finding a running car in okay shape that will hopefully be reliable increase, but that's still a small budget. I'm only saying this because you mention you're a broke teen, and you may unfortunately end up losing all your savings with not much to show for it.

I want a 1k e30 that I can thrash around in for a year or two and learn about and once I buy another e30 in a year or so(I know I will be coming across a bit of money in a year) ill have a parts car. I'm building up the max with each day but I can still only spend about 1500 right now1991 318i Sedan
