Do I need more pictures? Kinda crazy seeing some cars sold because of a nice set of wheels or a quick respray. This thing is mechanically solid. Because both of those will not be registered for road use. In your situation, the car must be smogged 90 days before sale, which the seller is responsible for. If you do not, the seller has some recourse against you.

Yes or you could come to a mutual agreement with the buyer saying he will take care of smog. I'm totally fine trusting someone with that. I know plenty of friends who have done this.
