    FS/FT 1991 325i m42 swapped

    The time has come guys.

I drive this everyday. I just did a 1,000 mile trip to utah and back. It runs flawless. :( really sad to see it go but hopefully it will go to a good home.
1991 Bmw 325i M42 swapped CLEAR TITLE IN HAND
Miles on chassis. 134k estimated (This was the reading on the odo when I bought the car originally with a blown engine)
Miles on current engine 178k (odo in car reads actual drivetrain mileage)
    R3V price $4700 OBO
*Entertaining trades for e34s possibly others as well

    INTERIOR: (8.5/10
    Euro Checkered Cloth comfort interior
    Cloth 318i door cards
    Clean carpet
Fatmat sound proofing used on rear decklid and rear seat firewall.
    Leather ebrake boot
    Clean dash (one small crack)
    Custom Wood shift knob
    Dyed rear decklid
    Premium sound with tweeters
JVC head unit with front facing AUX port
    Power sun roof (works perfectly)

    EXTERIOR BODY AND PAINT 5.5-7/10
Black paint shows signs of neglect
I have clayed polished and waxed the car several times. It is very presentable but there are issues.
Dual exhaust tips to fill factory 325i valence.
    Very minor paint chips/dings
Imperfections in clear coat (peeling in one small area near the trunk)
Both passenger doors are not original to the vehicle. They are factory original Schwartz black.
Dent near drivers rear tail light. (was quoted $250 to fix correctly) quote did not include paint.
    Updated bendy radio antenna.

    DRIVE TRAIN: 10/10
    M42b18
    G240 trans
S2.93 Limited Slip Differential **A 3.73 LSD is also optional**
Complete engine re-seal. This engine does not leak a SINGLE drop.
    Cometic MLS headgasket
Complete engine head overhaul, resurfacing, 5 angle valve job, new valve stem seals, Spared no expense. (have receipts for proof)
    Painted intake/ misc parts
    New clutch
    New NGK spark plugs
    New plug wires
    New belts
    New battery
    New throw out bearing
    New clutch slave
    New alternator
Complete new updated timing case including all guides/timing gears/chain/seals/ect/ (spared no expense)
    New thermostat
    New manual electric fan
Mess under the intake taken care of.
    All new hoses.
    Valve cover stud kit
    Throttle body heater deleted
    New radiator
    All new intake gaskets
TRE 255 liter Per hour fuel pump
    #19 Bosch Mustang injectors
    New Fuel filter

    AIR CONDITIONING:
This car has been completely converted to r134. It has received all new o ring seals, a new condenser, a new receiver dryer, pressure switches and updated 134 expansion valve inside the cabin.
This mod costs over $400.00 just in parts and that's before a recharge. It has all been done correctly by myself.
This system is the coldest Air conditioning I have ever experienced in an e30.
It blows a steady sub 40 degrees constantly. Even at idle or stop and go traffic.

    SUSPENSION/ BRAKES
    German Engineering Coilovers (fully adjustable)
    OEM shocks
Modified front strut perch (stock spring perch removed)
    OEM top hats
    New OEM brakes
    New OEM pads with sensors

    WHEELS AND TIRES:
Hartge Dotz Relpicas. I have never seen another set of these. They are real cool. Bought from a member here.
15x7 et28 powder coated BMW OEM silver NO RASH
    4x100 All stock No spacers
    Caps included just not pictured
    225/50R15 Kuhumo Tires ***BRAND NEW***

    The GOOD:
The car weighs 60 lbs more than a factory 318i most likely due to the sunroof. It tips the scale at just over 2,700 lbs WET. I weighed it on a certified scale, after some factory sound deadning was removed in the trunk.
    Everything works
ALL NEW FLUIDS. YES, EVERYTHING FROM BRAKE FLUID TO REAR DIFF FLUID.
    Very fun to drive
    Clean inside
    Great fuel mileage
    Super clean engine bay
    Over $2,400 in new parts
    Reliable
    No leaks

    Known Issues:
*The passengers side plastic inside door sill molding is not installed. The clips are broken and I have not ordered new ones. I have the molding. It will be included with the sale.
*Dent on drivers side near taillight. It bothers me everyday. It is a negotiating point. I can give you the details on the reputable body shop that quoted to fix it.
The door locks must be operated from the trunk.
*The passengers side rear window needs a new regulator. The window does not roll down

There are missing tools in the toolkit.
    * There is no stock air intake box. Because this car is a 325i chassis a m42 airbox will not fit properly. A cone filter has been added.
