UPDATE 11/08/2016: Car is for sale again. It's just been sitting as I rarely have time to drive it or work on it anymore. The mom and dad mobiles get all the love now (x3 and x5) so it doesn't make sense to keep it anymore sitting. Someone needs to enjoy it.
Our second child is due in January and I have driven this car maybe 10 times this year. Seriously. According to my Fuellog data... the last three fillups: 9/13/2016 (17.99mpg, 188mi, 10.45gal of premium), 8/14/2015 (21.72mpg, 217mi, 9.99gal of premium), and 5/7/15 (11.08gal of premium).
As before, we don't have to sell it, but I don't want it to sit any longer. The same info on the first page applies to it currently in terms of the Pros/Cons with the exception of the driver's seat boltser as I had it reupholstered. So now there are no tears/cracks on the interior seats.
As such, I am going to put a price of $5000 on it to sell it quickly. This is a no negotiation price. Seriously, none. If you have any questions or need any info let me know. I will answer as quickly as possible. Will also try to get another video of it running. I drove it a little over a month ago and it still drives great.
This will be long... trying to be as thorough as possible.
ORIGINAL POST BELOW, BUT EDITED PRICE
It's a sad day, but I am looking to sell my turbo 1991 318is. I don't HAVE to sell it, but with a baby on the way it is time to let go of some toys that I have in order to prepare the house. I can always build another one at a later date. You only have one chance to spoil your baby, and since we're having a girl... she will be even more spoiled. :D
Some of you may be familiar with the build... I will post the highlights here, but the build thread is available in my sig.
Car has been boosted since August 2009 @ ~8psi on a fresh motor with Megasquirt v1 built by DTM. It can be daily driven and has cold A/C. I will list the pros/cons below, if you have a question about anything specific... let me know and I will answer. The dyno posted below is probably a little lower than current due to some upgrades/maintenance done later.
-Cold A/C running r134
-Mitsubishi Starion MHI TC05-12A Turbo (only using oil cooling)
-Good interior (8/10) Perfect seats minus a ~12" rip on driver's seat bolster
-Dyno = 180.89 @ 5800rpm and 208.41tq @ 3600rpm
-Gets 22mpg city and over 30mpg highway @ 70mph
-Does not overheat, EVER... unless you forget to turn the fan on
-Good suspension (see parts list below)
-Good clutch (see parts list below)
-Comes with binder of some parts/maintenance work incl previous owner
-Crack free dash
-MP3 Stereo (just old Kenwood MP3/CD)
-Weighed 2850lbs with me in it on the SA Raceway scales (I'm 200lbs)
-Exhaust is smooth (not loud and obnoxious)
-Hardwired 400w Inverter (charge phones, laptops, etc)
-Brand new tires (Purchased 3/14)
-New windshield (Installed 5/24)
-Tint is turning purplish
-Wiring not pretty (solid and no problems, but not pretty)
-Tuned by me so I'm sure there is room for improvement w/ idle and performance
-Paint is poor respray w/ lots of door dings/blemishes (6/10)
-2" Square rust spot cut out on passenger wheel well. Needs welding, just have it sealed and covered now.

VIDEOS
This video was taken today and shows the current condition of the interior and exterior. It doesn't do a great job showing all the door dings and but will give you a good idea as to the condition of the paint and fade. This is with a standard wash and shows the true condition of the paint. If you spend some time buffing the paint it will shine up pretty well.
