You figured out your problem, so you're halfway there. You are a self-righteous and immature teenager. You suggesting someone had more of a right to buy my car than I did disgusts me. Additionally, if you want to tell me I do not appreciate the car, I am a "flipper" or that I just want to make money, I cordially invite you to jump off a cliff because, by the same logic, you are nothing but a judgemental piece of crap. I owned an E30 M3 (that I sold for $6500 lol!), an E36 M3, and an E39 M5 back in the day when I was a BMW guy. To me, this is a cheap fun car to drive while I'm on vacation. If it's the world and a half to you, get a real job.

Yes, I told him I thought it was extraordinarily cheap. He admitted it must be, because he did not expect to get so much interest in the car. He showed me the 30-50 phone calls he had gotten and the 100+ emails. He confessed he just wanted to sell it quickly and be done with it and move on with his life. I know this is difficult for children to understand, but there comes a point in your life when you have a high earning potential that sometimes it makes sense to just not deal with selling a car and to let it go for a little less.

This is my last post here. I don't have time to deal with assholes all day. Mods, in the name of your forum's overall quality and success, I'd advise you clean your forum up.

I spoke to Zach (the buyer) myself. Decent guy. Knows a fair amount about bimmers. After the maintenance he had done on the car today $5k is more than a good deal. I've flipped cars before. I've lost money, I've made money. Not one person on here can honestly say if they had the chance to make a little extra coin by flipping a cool car they wouldn't do it (but with the $ he spent on maintenance he will probably only make $500--- or break even).

Relax guys. Check out your local Craigslist daily and I GUARANTEE within a bit of time another "deal of the year" will pop up Remember though you actually have to have a few grand laying around that you can basically gamble with in order to make it happen.

Not to get in the middle of this pissing match, but I think you will find that this forum allows a little bit of razzing in the FS ads and that you shouldn't take it too seriously.

Why does anyone else care when two private parties decide on what to sell or pay for a car? It's not right to abuse the good will of a community, but this is not that. If there's some kind of arbitrage opportunity to pull E30s out of Kali and sell them across the country, then that's awesome. I kind of doubt it, though. The used car market is saturated and BMW is competing with their own older models, which is rough. Enjoy it, sell it for more than you paid for it, or less, or turn it into a Chump Car, or blow it up with dynamite on an episode of Mythbusters. Whatever makes you happy.
