repainted the rear drivers quarter and added a front bumper seal. $33k takes it, if you're looking to spend $3500 on a e30....

I'm sure you will find a new owner without much trouble. I say keep it!
Wow. I honestly can't believe you spotted this. I was thinking the same when I first saw it, but I figured it would be due to changes in the surface of the sheet metal.

At least the seller clarified the concern. Now, if he could also take partial trades, and cash...

Ebay it during feb/march of '14 during tax return season. It will sell. Now during madness season is the worst time to place used car for sale.

Yes, wait for someone to get the average 3 grand-ish tax refund.

                  Brilliant plan!

Haha, I think that once I have a CA title it'll move quick. I thought I'd give the other continental states a crack but seems all the moneys in the west?

So, are you trying to buy a VIN plaque for this car?

I highly recommend addressing those issues then asking $40k for an actual "mint" low mile example. Mint is not the appropriate word to describe this car with these issues.
This, put a little bit more money into getting it closer to it's original showroom state, and you shouldn't have a problem getting $40k for it.

im surprised it hasn't sold, the price is low for the caliber of car.
im sure if you get the reg stuff figured out it would be out of your hands in no time
