why are people saying this is too high? for a stock post-facelift 'IS' in Alpine White II? I don't think people realize how rare these are getting. This should sell for 5, but its all about the market. These cars have moved out of the 'beater car' phase that the e36 is currently stuck in. As we move farther away from the late 80's/early 90's, we're going to see fewer and fewer nice examples such as this one. Its 2014 not 2004 and its become an enthusiasts market. Demand drives up price and rightly so for this very nice example.

I don't get all the posts where people either knock the price as too high, or gush that the price is right or even too low. I think, if we're not actually buyers for this car, we ought to shut up...me included. :)
