I purchased this car in June ’09 from the original owner and have put less than 5k miles since ownership.
Quite a bit of work has been put into this car including . . .full paint to a high level on a rust-free body, brand new reupholstered interior, and a top-end rebuild of the engine.

    The good:

New: Brakes Front and Rear. Spark Plugs, Wires, Cap and Rotor, Fuel Injectors, Fuel Filter, K&N Air Filter, Fuel Pressure Regulator, Fuel Pump, Fuel Sender (in-tank), New Hoses, New Timing Belt, Water Pump, valve adjustment and valve cover gasket, antenna grommet, hood strut and new hood latch and wire.

Powder Coated Intake Manifold and Valve Cover
    Front Bumper plate delete
    New ICV
    New Coolant Temp Sensor
    New Oxygen Sensor
    New Differential Speed Sensor
    New Idle Control Unit
    New Guibo Flex Disc
New Z4 2.5 Gear Shift Lever (SS Kit) w/ complete Gear shift Rebuild
    Ireland Engineering Front Strut Brace
Custom Rear Strut Brace (Powder Coated to match Manifold and Valve Cover)
    New Bilstein Sport Shocks
    New H&R 50406 Springs
New front and rear shock mounts.
    New E90 Drop Hats
    New Control Arm Bushings
    New Tie Rods
Racing Dynamic Sway Bars (22mm F / 16mm R) w/ new end links and Power Flex bushings.
    E36 Window Switches
Clear Bra installed on ES Front Bumper Spoiler
New (nla) Hella Fog-lights with Clear Bra installed
New Euro Smiley Headlights w/ 55W H1 5K Raptor HID Kit (DDM Tuning)
    Crack Free Dashboard
    Leather Shift and E-Brake Boots
    Leather E-Brake Handle
New BMW Shift Knob (classic short leather)
    New Euro Front Grills
SEM Painted: Front and Rear Bumper strip moldings, door trim moldings, side mirrors, front and rear window trim.
Silencer Delete w/ Custom 2 ΒΌ “exhaust and Borla Turbo Muffler (40981)
New knee bolster (Lower Trim Panel Drivers Side)
    Borbet Type B Mesh Wheels (16 x 7.5) w/authentic Flat Center Caps
Wheels were completely refinished / re-lathed and powder-coated.
    205-50-16 Falken Ziex ze912 Tires
Replaced 2.93 Differential with a 3.46 Limited Slip Differential
    Conforti Performance Chip

    The bad:

Power antenna does not recess completely.
Front Hub Bearings need replacing. (included in sale)
Battery was replaced in ’09 just after purchasing car
Common oil leak from rear crankshaft seal (very slight)

    SOLD

This car has been thoroughly inspected by BMW and, needless to say, everything checks out great! Compression for each cylinder is within factory specs, engine timing is right on . . . the car runs great and has plenty of power. It's a blast to drive!

This is a great car and a great seller. I've bought items off him before, and have seen this car personally. Pictures don't do the justice, it's absolutely beautiful. Good luck with the sale Mike!
I got a fender roller now! LMK if you need me to roll your fenders or want to rent the tool from me locally.
