Hi I am selling my 1991 bmw 318is. This car was originally sold here in Phoenix (I have the original window sticker to verify). 184Xxx miles daily driven. I've owned the car since August and have done much in the way of repair and maintenance to get it very reliable. I always keep 91 premium gas in it. The following was done roughly 4000 miles ago when I first got the car and I have many receipts too

valve cover gasket
oil filter housing gasket
timing chain tensioner
fuel filter
oxygen sensor
Oil was changed about a 1000 miles ago. 15W40 mobil one synthetic.
Pros:
Very original
Ice Cold a/c
Runs and drives very well, reliable, doesnt leak smoke tick or stall
crack free dash
No rust
Great paint no peeling of clear coat or dull spots
Clean interior
Pirelli p4 with plenty of rubber and basketweave spare
clean title box a actual mileage working odometer
cons:
driver side front control arm is worn out, has play
sometimes the idle bounces
sometimes the cel 1222 overly lean or rich comes on I think it might be due to a vacuum leak of the intake manifold
has two little dents on passenger side the size of a dollar bill roughly but small not very noticeable drivers seat bolster torn
This has been a great car to me although I have a demanding project car now and need the money to complete. I have a ton of records manuals receipts and information on the car.
