      Guy has been trying to sell this for quite a while now.

      Really not sure why he hasn't registered it. If he had it'd be sold I'm sure.

          Exactly, 7K is very reasonable depends on how bad the rust is. He says he also has a 324Td Touring as well.

                  I took a look at it...save your time. There is a reason it has not sold yet. First, it can't be DOT and EPA exempt. He has probably not registered it because he knows it won't pass smog as is. He has lowered the price a number of times.

                              It's legal in 6 months. Better yet how is it off the boat? It requires a BOND so it doesn't get released until it been legal imported.

                                      wait why 6 months? 1989 to 2014 = 25yrs old which would make it legal over here with no modifications.

                                              It is exempt as long as it's 25 years plus. It does have to pass smog though but that's not something I see as being an issue. Even if it doesn't pass it can "pass" if you know what I mean.

                                                      If you where going to import one, do they use the build date found by decoding the vin or the first date of registration? That questions goes for anyone.
