I tried to buy this from the OP a month ago. The car still had an Oregon title from 2 owners ago aka jumped titles twice. Additionally, the OP bumped the price after an agreement was made. Very unprefessional all around. Proceed with caution.

Before you tell people the title has jumped twice to make it sound like there is something wrong with this car you need to know your facts before jumping to conclusions. The person I bought it from had the car for 2 weeks and came up with a differnt route. He was going to swap the motor but decided to just sell both his e30's so he just handed me the signed title from the original owner. The title is clean is now in my name. It's a clean Ga title. Yes I was unprofessional when you asked me the price. I didn't want to sell the car at all at that point anyway. That was my bad and I apologize for even doing that. Anyway I'm a very fair person to deal with so don't be scared of this car. Thanks for your comment

I've had a decent amount of contact with the seller, including before the car went up for sale here. I also had a car guy friend, although not an e30 guy, check the car out. From what I've gathered, the seller is describing the car accurately and seems honest and transparent. MINT (surrounded by asterisks) is a subjective term and we all have our definitions, but I believe this car is pretty squared away.
