    well, my white 770 code had white leatherette door pockets. they have been dyed black but you can tell by looking at them in certain spots that they were parchment at one time.

        Most white cars I have seen had the normal plastic lotus white map pockets. The only time I saw leather pockets was when it had the extented leather panels and pulls.

            My white 92 MT2 just has the plastic lotus map pockets. Nothing special.

                        Just wanted to update my thread. After several months of searching I found the perfect car. A 1992 MTech appearance package alpinweiss original manual vert. 54,000 original miles. It's beautiful. Thanks to all of you and the knowledge you have imparted throughout the process. I'm sure I'll continue to post and I'll have a lot more questions as I become an official E30 owner. Thanks again!

                                    I am almost sure its the car from Vienna Va. Hopefully you went for some kind of PPI and made aware deicision followed by much lower than asking price. Otherwise your disapointment will go through the roof. I am hoping I am wrong.
