I can ship to Cali, but I have stipulations. I was a recent resident there, so I know what you go through to register your vehicles. All the emissions are in place, but I do not have to pass a sniffer test in NC nor where I currently moved to here in GA. The stock cat is in place, there are no aftermarket intakes, exhaust manifolds, nor engine modifications that would catch the notice of an inspection. Just the fan delete with an aluminum e36 radiator/electric fan replacing it.
