WOW!!!...GLWS. What is needed to have it BAr'd for CA buyers?

depending on what you want to BAR it as, it needs to have the emissions equipment for the car that you got the engine off of. Its running an OBD1 setup so I would try to pass it as a S50 car.

edit: Just guessing here, but if it has a functioning Check Engine Light & charcoal canister/ evap purge valve setup, all you would need to do is add M50/S50 manifolds & downpipe unmodified until the cats. If it passes smog you're good to go.
