1986 325 zinno coupe - the while you're in there S52/5 lug daily driver - SOLD

I never thought I would be typing this but here I am, posting my dream e30 dd build up for sale.

    build thread

I have always loved early model zinno coupes and this project was one of the most fun I have ever done.. I am an extremely anal person when it comes to building cars and this one is a great example. I have a terrible case of the "while you're in theres" and it happened a lot on this car. My buddy works at the BMW dealer here and I was sending him weekly parts requests to get something new on the car, so much of it has been replaced.

This is not a show car but it is body & paint work away from being a dead reliable show stopper.

I wish I could finish this project 100% but life is happening, graduation and job relocation is in May.

Anyways, onto what has been done to it...
Let's hope I don't forget to mention anything, lol.

    • Both pop out seals

    • HVAC Box gaskets & grommets
    • Condor Pedal bushings
    • Windshield washer pump, nozzles, & check valve
    • ... I bet I am forgetting a lot

    "Bad"
    • Floor pans were replaced and the car does have dents and scratches and what not. As stated above, needs body & paint to be perfect. The floor pans were NOT half-assed. I replaced them planning to make the car into my dream daily and no corners were cut, I replaced all the seals ($1xxx) to make sure water did not enter the car and make rust an issue ever again.
    • I tore the sunroof liner when I bought a bike rack off craigslist
    • Rear valance is bent up by PO some how, it also dented the spare tire well. I was going to source a Zender rear apron when I painted the car.

    notes:
    • Front euro bumper caps & roundel are installed now. I found 3 of the wheel roundels, those are installed as well.
    • Heated seat switches do not work; car came with a vert console and I put them there for a future project
    • I have an M stitched ebrake boot to install, I never did it after putting car back together in September
    • Many spare parts will be available with the sale as well; extra seats, full set of houndstooth door cards, 24v bits, etc. Just looking to clear out all of my E30 related stuff.

Here are a couple pics, link to full album of more detailed and most recent pics posted below.

I hate late models and don't see how anyone can think they are better looking. Buy an E36 if you want wonky rear arches and plastic bumpers.
