I have owned the car for one year. I have replaced the following under my ownership:
Brake Lines, Pads, and Sensors
Radiator
Water Pump
Power Steering Pump
Valve Cover and Oil Filter Housing Gaskets
Spark plugs and wires
O2 Sensor
C/V Axles
Muffler

No A/C, only heater works
Tear on passenger seat
Small cracks forming on tip of dashboard
Cracks on front and rear bumper

Unfortunately, I did get it smogged today (12/18/15) and it did fail. A new cat will be needed.

There are scratches, marks and chips on the paint in various spots. I'd fully recommend a respray.

I will also include 15" BBS Reps (showed in the last image).
