Now that the VW TDI recall details have been released, I'm in the market for a new car.

I'm looking for an S50/S52/M52 E30 sedan or touring model, not interested in coupes or verts. Really looking for a turn-key ready to go, reliable car, with AC, power steering and possibly cruise control.

Car must be able to, or nearly be able to pass California BAR inspection. If the car is BAR certified I'd definitely be willing to pay a premium.

I have a good sized budget, so don't be shy to respond with nicely built cars.
