    1992 325i convertible 5 speed 3k - No Longer Available

    1992 325i convertible 5 speed 3k

1992 bmw mtech2 appearance package, without the Mtech parts.
I drove the car to Los Angeles from Reno for all the body work then flew out and drove to car home. I use it to get to work everyday 60 mile round trip, no over heating or funny noises. Tops looks new but the motor doesn't work. Previous owner opened the roof on the freeway and broke it. Car needs a valance and rear bumper to be complete. Car has no power steering, I bought a used rack from someone who swore it was good and after installing it I noticed it was leaking from the seal so I just cut the power steering belt for the time being.

    Car is located in Reno

    Car was painted 8/15/2016
    New bilsteins 8/20/2016
    New slave master cylinder 7/15/2016
New control arms, inner and outer tie rods, new cab bushings and new sway bar links 7/15/2016
    New battery
    4.10 lsd

Weaves have sold, car is now on bottle caps.

    List Date: 9/16/2016

Still interested in the Mtech II jack. Will give you my non-mtech jack plus cash. It's only necessary if you have the Mtech skirts.

Pics of the car in its prime, I almost bought it last year when it was posted on Craigslist. I spoke with the owner but he told me someone from Reno was already on the way to take a look at it (that was you obviously)

Wait a sec, was this Einstein57's and Mckman's car from Palmdale?

I always remember a plate. That car used to break necks around the west side. I agree, it's quite sad...was a good runner and looker. Interior went to hell too.

I just bought the car 6 months ago from the kid who bought it last year. He really messed it up in the short time he had it, he told me he crashed while drifting in the mountains.

Well from what I remember of the car it was a strong runner and the trans was super smooth. It was reasonably well cared for and unmolested when we bought it and I did the timing belt (and probably water pump) as well. Hope someone can give it a good home!

Car does run very strong, I did LA to Reno 2 times now plus I've put over 3k on it since getting the car with no issues. I've added pics
from before the body work and paint. I sold the basketweaves so its on bottlecaps now with decent tires. Price drop to 3k.

I don't want to tread shit anymore but the only issues I recall from "PootieTang's" ad. was bad interior and a smashed in passenger side fender. Shame you bought the car just for the kit, I should have just bought it from him and saved it myself. Also I think there's a little story when you drove it from San Ramon back to Reno that you forgot to mention..
