I wouldn't expect non california buyers to understand. Hence the reason I emphasized the sale towards California buyers since they are the only ones that seem to know about the difficulty and expense levels of having a calfornia plated import. Out of state cars sell for 8-12k all day. So my price is fair, whether you understand that or not. Thank you.
