    Much better post.

Car is very badass. I hope you're able to sell and get your RV.

edit: this car needs to go on the high-dollar forums - i.e., rennlist, luxury4play, etc.

I agree, much much better. Thanks for doing that, and sorry to hear about your situation.

I also hope you're able to get what you need, and handle what you have to handle. Best of luck to you.

          Have you considered http://bringatrailer.com/

That seems to be the proper place for a vehicle like this.

This forum is full of real people reacting as they would in person - which is why it's such a nice place to spend some time.

Good on you for owning up to your original attitude, and the explanation was appreciated.

I most definitely think your car is ready for Bring A Trailer, and that you'll likely get the most for it there (or at the very least reach your intended buyer through the exposure).

Best of luck in the future, and thanks for your service. :)

I agree. BAT is popular now and offers something ebay doesn't...a forum for discussion. Of course there will be criticism, as there would be for nearly every car. Even a nut and bolt resto that was never driven will be criticized for not being used or enjoyed. You're not going to make everybody happy and that's fine because you are just looking for the one buyer who is.

Anyway, IIRC the car is pearl white correct? I'm sure there's a magazine article somewhere from when Joey owned it. I'd look into it and mention it (or post it) so people familiarize themselves more with the car and it's history.

As for the poll...after brief thought I voted S14, because it'll be period correct, numbers matching, original engine in the original M3 of which they only produced 17,970 worldwide + 320iS S14's between 87-91. In contrast, according to the registry, they made 85,741 E46 M3's worldwide + approx. 6,600 S54 M coupe/roadsters worldwide. S54 is obviously the better engine as it should be since it's newer but that'll always be the case and I don't necessarily want one in my E30 M3. I'd just as well swap my 323i. One could do a Tesla EV AWD conversion to an E30 M3 and have it be a rocketship on wheels but at what point is enough ...enough? and you say, hey I want my classic car to still be a classic.

So why is it necessary to monitor the fuel pressure or are the added gauges more of an esthetic?

Love the car. Next owner will likely make even more modifications but such an awesome platform.
