WTB: E30 coupe (Located in NE Florida)

I have come from e46fanatics.com looking to switch to the e30 world.

Here's some of the specs I'm looking for:

Coupe
Black Interior
5 Speed
Good condition (interior/exterior)
The more the upgrades, the better.
Straight chassis
Decent paint
Working A/C
Preventive maintnence (Timing belt, water pump etc.)

I still have my e46 which I need to get rid of because of college, so I'm still trying to see what's out there. I'm looking to purchase within the next three months. I don't want to jump the gun again and buy someone elses problems (previously made the mistake with my e46, but now all problems have been fixed)

It's right down my alley but I'm not sure if he'll still have it by the time I'm ready to purchase. Who knows.

How much is your E46 worth? Contact me when you are ready to buy, I might still be willing to sell mine, who knows. My car pretty much fits every single criteria you listed. I just spent another $500 fixing mechanical items (control arms, CABs, tie rods, some other odds and ends) as well as bought a carbon fiber sunroof.
