Hello; I am currently in the market looking for an e30 wagon/touring.

Me and my wife are looking for an auto, LHD and preferably an IX as we reside in VA, lastly we are open to other variations

Don't know your appetite for importing, but mobile.de has a couple that might fit your bill (you can search in English, and lots of info online about importing, and several people out there who, for a fee, would help with the process). I too am searching for one but need AC, 5 sp, and excellent condition (ideally lhd, 318 but would take 325, don't want 320 or ix). Good luck!

Thanks and yes that is plan B but wanted to see if there were any local; FYI Austin's e30 is for sale he has a youtube channel with videos of the car
