KEEPING FOR NOW (hopefully forever)
Decided to move a couple other vehicles instead, which means I have room for this guy now!
<before edit below>
Sad day for me - but it's time to move 'er along. This is a SUPER straight, mechanically sound, great driving, super fast, incredibly stealthy, and pretty clean little car. Turnkey, ready for whatever you want to do with it. A solid, no excuses car, with old paint that shines up okay, but is thin and starting to wear through in places. Clean title. Will smog asap. CA legal!!!
I have had 8 e30s. Raced 4 (Even won in 2 of them!) I have built all of them myself, and this is the one I'm most proud of. I built it to be an autocross and track toy... which I then only tracked exactly once, and autocrossed twice. Motorcycles have stolen nearly all of my weekends, and my e28 Lemons car gets all my track time. This car is just a fun weekender - but driveway space is at a premium... and something has to give.

What's not so great?
Comes with 2 sets of TRM 15x8 wheels, one with street tires, the other with shagged RA-1s
$12,500 OBO. I feel straight chassis and insane BAR process in CA justifies the price.
Hit me up, R3v. I built this car from the ground up. Handpicked every component. It's incredible. I don't wanna do this, but I fear I must...

Chassis:
- STRAIGHT. Clean title. Drives amazing.
- 220K miles on chassis. I had it shipped to CA from AZ in 2010.
- Front passenger fender looks to have been replaced at some point - very clean.
- Rear quarter was dented while I owned it (backed into by a horse trailer!) But paintless dent removal left no trace of that small impact.
Drivetrain:
- 98K miles on S50
- Big end bearings proactively replaced at 95K miles
- Motor professionally maintained all it's life, (swapped for a built S52 in donor M3)
- S52 headers
- Stock Getrag transmission and 3.73 LSD from E30
Suspension/brakes:
- Treehouse CABs and Control arms 5K miles ago
- Vorshlag Camber/caster plates
- TC Kline TrueMatch Coilovers (custom valved konis) - 450/600 rates
- Wilwood 4 pot front calipers
- Massive Brakes custom rotors in front
Other:
- Chinese SRD-style front seats
- Awesome small vintage Momo wheel
- Great cupholder!
- Short shift from Z3 (bent to fit swap)
- I'm sure I am forgetting a million things...
What's not so great?
- Paint is thin. Note it's wearing through on hood and nearly through on trunk.
- Some bird dropping etching. I mean, it's 30 year old paint. Still shines up pretty damned nice, though. :)
- No AC hardware
- Rear driver's window not currently rolling down
- No Radio (though all wiring and speakers are intact - head unit gave up)
- OBC LCD has gone psychedelic
- Cracked dash, with Bav Auto Cover... which is pulling up at the edges and needs a re-glue
- No wiper squirter reservoir currently
- ECU is in glovebox - not secured in bracket.
