Getting a lot of $12, 13 and 14k offers. Am I way overboard on value? Is there anything out their going for less that matches the condition, miles and specs?

The short answer is no. Your car is exceedingly clean, and has some of the lowest mileage of any example in the country, while still appearing clean and well maintained. I know personally I haven't seen anything cleaner for MUCH less. But, I also haven't seen one of them sell (aside from the oddball on BaT, which the buyer understood he was paying more than market for).

I don't think these are desireable yet as a collector car, which is what yours is best suited as. I think there are plenty of people looking for a nice, classic looking, great driving convertible, in the 10 grand range. And if you look around, you can find pretty clean examples, with miles around 100k, well under 10 grand. So I think where you are struggling is in bridging that gap between what's attainable for 10 grand or so, and what you've got for nearly double. Or, at least that's why I haven't bought yours yet.

Then again, it could be as simple as - its not looking very much like summer in most of the country.
