The turn signals on the dash or turn signals on the outside dont work?

There should be a relay for the turn signals under the dash. Maybe it's missing or not plugged in?!

How much are you selling the Evo 3 splitter & wing for??

If the new owner does not want to buy it (would work with him) it will be posted for $500 firm + shipping. It was $360 I think shipped from the UK and then another $350 or prep and paint work, performed by Sansossio in Massachusetts.

The turn signals themselves do not blink. They worked fine until I swapped the dash. The relay appears to be hooked up correctly but I've apparently botched something. It's been cold as hell here in RI the last month so no time to really do any troubleshooting. I do know that my multimeter is showing no juice getting to the bulbs themselves. Since I'll be packing the next couple of weeks I won't have time to troubleshoot this or have it resolved, hence part of the reduction in price.

I'm looking at rowhouses in DC. No garage which means I'd have to rent a parking spot in a garage down town. Not exactly the kind of place I can do oil changes or transmission fluid changes in.

It's my understanding that if you have an International Driver's License, you would be fine. I got one from AAA and used it in Greece several months ago.
