I know price is a little high with both mileage and rust, I am considering lowering a little, I just know what I have in it which is why I have it priced the way it is. Also very hard to find original car.

I understand completely. It does have surface rust and high miles. Still drives straight and fast though and not falling apart. Thanks for the look.

What would it take to sell, in terms of price? I need to buy a pick up truck and can't go to low. $3500 is the lowest, Does this make it possible?

have you done the jack up test for the tc? How are your cv boots? when were the steering components last replaced, if at all? Does it pull to any side at all? If you hit a pothole how does the car take it? I had one of these. Same thing, all original mint condidtion, put a couple grand into a car that looked like yours, and it was great just cost me 2000 after getting the car fromoriginal owners who took care of it better than anyone id ever know to take care of a car. Then i crashed it, so im looking around again.
ix parting out. Booster, motor, hood, dash, and other stuff forsale. Pm me if interested.

To be honest I have never heard of that test. What is TC? Passenger cv boot is solid, drivers side has a tear. I will have to go through the 200 pages of records to find out when the steering components where replaced. It does not pull, I don't hit potholes but if I did there is nothing bad.

Ahh, thank you! I don't know why that wasn't clicking. Yes, I have had all 4 wheels off the ground and the fronts do spin. Let me know if there is something else you want me to test for, or a diifferent way.

that's not a good test.. that only tells you if the mechanical bits of the TC are working, and that stuff rarely fails. what the jack test does is tells you if the viscous coupling is working, which is the limited slip device inside the TC. without a working VC it may as well be a RWD car.

                              here's the jack test:

notice the touring's rear tires spin a lot faster than the front.. his VC is toast.
