    FS: Clean 1989 325i 5-speed, Upstate NY

Okay guys, I am listing my car to make room for my E30 M3 replica that I will be building.

    1989 BMW 325i 5-speed Manual...

    FOR MORE PHOTOS, CLICK HERE.

Dealer-maintained, solid, great daily driver. Well maintained, adult BMWCCA-member owned, clean title, strong engine, brisk acceleration, tight suspension and dashing good looks. Clean NYS title in hand. Comes with records, and 3 original keys. The engine runs quite smooth, accelerates to redline without any hesitation or problems - and quite quickly too - pushing you back in the seat; the shifter shifts smoothly, the brakes work properly and can pop your eyes out of their sockets. The exhaust does not make any weird noises, and is quiet (for an E30) and sounds wonderful when throttle is opened. The car was originally sold at The Automaster in Shelburne, VT and has spent a considerable amount of time in Maryland before returning to Vermont sometime in 2003. This explains why the car isn't a usual Northeast rust bucket. Please take a look at all the photos which detail the condition of the car. Also, there are no cracks on the dash, it is in one piece and mint. Only the driver's seat shows some cracks, as you can see in the photos. Original paint everywhere except front left fender and door. Fender was replaced as it was dented near the rocker panel (previous owner), and the door was repainted to blend with the newly painted fender. All VIN tags present except for the aforementioned fender. Should you want any particular photos, please ask, and I will do my best to provide them. Contact me directly at 89bmw325i@gmail.com with any questions. Thanks.

Engine compression test (October 6, 2007):
    Cylinder 1: 172 psi
    Cylinder 2: 171 psi
    Cylinder 3: 169 psi
    Cylinder 4: 168 psi
    Cylinder 5: 171 psi
    Cylinder 6: 168 psi

    Car has 272,835 miles. WOW!

I would pay that, too bad we are on opposite coasts. Good luck with the sale.

damn. i've been looking for one for quite some time for a good friend of mine. He wants a clean e30, and would pay $5k for it.

and although it is clean, I can't imagine justifying $4700 for an e30 with 272k.

Hey guys, my eBay buyer fell through. Poor guy had some personal issues, so he can't make it. I relisted it on eBay and lowered the price. Thanks for looking!
