    F/S 1988 Turbo e30 M3

    SOLD!

Like the thread title says, I'm selling my beast! This car is amazing to drive and it will kill most ferrari's on the road. The car started life as a 1988 e30 m3, zinno red in color. I had the entire car repainted in BMW diamondshwartz metallic. I started by pulling the s14 motor and drive train, after this I had the shock towers reinforced and the body of the car completely gone over before having ICS perofrmance (stamford, CT) install a 1997 S52 motor with a Garrett GT35R turbo. Some upgrades include:
    - UUC lightweight flywheel
    - UUC performance ceramic clutch
    - Ceramic coated header
    - Zimmerman cross-driilled rotors
    - UUC short throw shifter
    - Recaro style leather racing seats
    - Greddy eBoost2
    - autometer gauges
    - Custom wastegate piping
    - Custom exhaust
    - DTM carbon fiber mirrors
    - Evo II steering wheel
    - e34 M5 wheels

the motor has been freshened up before it was installed with new head gasket, and new tensioner, etc... It had approx 75K on it when it was installed. The body of the car has 118K on it. The motor and drivetrain have approx. 475 - 500 RWHP! I have never had the car dyno'd but ICS perofrmance gave me this estimate based on the motor and turbo set-up in other cars. Trust me I beleive them! This car consistantly ran low 12's at the track and that was without drag tires! It traps at 134 MPH in the quarter mile! The car has the greddy eBoost2 management system with 3 different boost settings a low setting of 12 psi, a middle setting of 15 psi, and a high setting of 17psi. This car is absolutely amazing and won't dissapoint you! I have over $35K invested into this car and I am only selling it because I am going to be racing formula ford cars next year and will have no use for an extra race car. This car is also fully street legal. If interested call Ryan @ (401) 374-8714 or e-mail at bmwryan1@yahoo.com

    $20,000

Yes, those are the current motor pictues. The turbo is mounted underneath the exhaust manifold. The GT35R is too big to mount on the top side. I can send you pics of the turbo if you would like.

Thanks everyone for the kind words. This car is amazing and I really love to drive it! The problem is with the new race car and 6 other vehicles, some of the extra toys need to go. I currently have the turbo e30 m3, another 1988 e30 m3 that is all stock, a 1989 e30 touring (also for sale), 1990 saab 900 SPG (daily driver), 1992 saab 900 Turbo (wifey's Daily driver), 2002 e46 330iC convert, and a 2007 Nissan titan 4x4 (hauler). I wish I could keep them all but not enough space and time for all of them.

1989 318i touring - 5 speed, sport cloth interior, manual windows, sunroof, steering. Euro m20 swap (1990 325i motor) fully imported and federalized. 102K incredibly clean car no rust anywhere, runs great. I have added a set of lowering springs and a set of Kosei K-1's but I have a set of basketweave wheels for it. To my knowledge it is one of 8 e30 tourings that are federalized in the states. PM me with your e-mail if you would like any pics.

                    Thanks,
                    Ryan
