I'd say your 14.5k starting price is a De facto reserve.

I hope you get what you want from the sale. Good luck.

Didn't sell on ebay. PM me with offers. It needs to go to make room for the porsche.

Possibly, but I was focusing my search on a 1996 - 1998 C2S or C4S. If the price isn't that much difference then I will gladly consider a turbo! I think they had one for sale at princeton porsche in NJ that was in great shape but I don't know what they were asking for it.

Uh, there is going to be a SIGNIFICANT difference in pricing between a C2S and a turbo. I don't know if twice the money will be enough.

low mileage (<30k) 1996-98 turbo's are going for between 50-70k on ebay. amazing car though.. definitely on my wish list :)

well sorted examples of a C2S or C4s are selling for between $45K - $63K and a average example of a 993 Turbo goes for around $60K -$65K. I wanted to keep my search focused on or around $50K but if the right 993 Turbo comes along for $60 - $65 then I may have to go for it. I used to have a 1997 C2 but have alway wanted a turbo bodied car.

I have even considered a 1994 3.6 turbo. These are at about the same price as a well sorted 993.

Uhm, I think you're comparing 'well sorted' with 'average', with all which that entails in Porsche ownership, unless I am very much mistaken.
As to the 3.6 'turbo II', they're a very different animal from a 993. Not necessarily better or worse, just very different. If you can find one at less than $60k in buyable condition, please let me know, the numbers I've seen are somewhat (...) different.
