Well, he does mention it does not pass smog. Could be simple or easy fix or could be expensive. Gamble.

hes got like 200 + on the m42, and it doesnt pass smog... that and on top of that he is very knowledgable of the car. Wierd, it is a gamble, unless you are really close.

Bingo. Even if one of the con-rods were poking out of the block this would still be a good price for the whole car. There's certainly a lot more than $800 worth of parts.

this is totally not fair. I wish i had $800. But at least it will be entering this E30 community. So whoever gets it, please post pics in the member's rides section, and tell the story. I talked to the guy myself, and even though he seems knowledgable, it also sounds like he has no idea what he is selling. He has no clue of the E30 enthusaist community out there. Take advantage of that!!
