Ok, an mtech 1 or 2 is supposed to sit closer to the dash needing new stalks (only read this, no first hand experience) is this the same case with this wheel? Does this sit closer to the driver or further?

Momo hub is just under 3.5" tall. This is a flat wheel so the combo would be just over 3.5" tall to the center plane of the wheel. It would likely match the height of factory non-airbag wheels. If you have an airbag wheel, and would want this one to match the position, it's very easy with a spacer between the hub and the wheel -- they're available in different thicknesses.
This is one of the advantages of aftermarket wheels -- you can easily move them closer to the driver, by either using a dished wheel, or a flat wheel with a spacer of 0.5-3". Not easy to do with factory wheels with an integral hub.Comment
