I have a set of 4 14" centercaps.
These are literally in LIKE NEW condition. They look and feel brand new. There are no paint chips or scratches anywhere on them. The roundels are attached completely in the center, save for one where it is peeling in some corners, however this is an easy and cheap fix if you are a perfectionist.
I cannot stress enough that these are in perfect condition.
